Minecraft Mod: Chef’s Delight [Fabric]redstone3game

Add-on for the popular Farmer’s Delight mod, Chef’s Delight introduces 2 new professions to villagers: Cook and Chef.

For a villager to become a Cook, a Skillet is required. Cooks trade simple food items, while turning a villager into a Chef involves using a Cooking Pot, with Chefs specializing in advanced culinary offerings.

One key dependency of Chef’s Delight is the Farmer’s Delight mod for Fabric, which must be downloaded separately.

Players can modify the number of generated village houses through the “chefsdelightconfig.properties” configuration file, found in the Minecraft config folder. This feature is still in testing phase.

The structures are designed to spawn randomly and may vary across different biomes. Players can choose not to generate any structures by setting the value to 0 in the configuration file, though a game restart is necessary for the changes to take effect.

Future updates will include additional biome-specific structures to enhance gameplay diversity.

Compatibility with other mods is ensured through collaborations, such as with Repurposed Structures and CTOV. A dedicated Compat Datapack is available for easy integration with the specified mods.

Testing is ongoing with other popular mods like Numismatic Overhaul, More Villagers, and VillagersPlus to explore new possibilities and interactions within Minecraft villages.

Discover the world of culinary excellence in Minecraft with Chef’s Delight mod, where food creation and trading reach new heights of creativity and enjoyment!
