Minecraft Mod: Cosmetic Armor ReworkedLainMI
This mod is a reworked version of the original Cosmetic Armor mod for Minecraft. It requires installation on both client and server for multiplayer functionality. Developed for Forge, Cosmetic Armor ReworkedLainMI allows players to wear two sets of armor – one for display and one for function.
Players can hide armor for their skin and modify settings for PVP functionality, allowing them to customize their gameplay experience. By accessing the Cosmetic Armor Inventory through a designated key or button, users can manage their armor sets effectively.
The mod introduces unique features such as skin toggles on cosmetic slots, enabling players to selectively display or hide specific armor pieces. Additionally, there is an option to retain cosmetic armor after death through the configuration settings.
For convenience, the mod includes commands like ‘/clearcosarmor [player]’ to clear cosmetic slots and ‘/coshat’ for easy item swapping between the main hand and cosmetic head slot. Furthermore, an API is available for other mods to interact with Cosmetic Armor ReworkedLainMI.
