This mod removes cryptographic signatures from chat messages sent in Minecraft, preventing tracking and association with your Minecraft and Microsoft account. It also disables Player Chat Reporting.
Installation and Use:
This mod supports both Forge and Fabric. It can be installed on the client, server, or both sides:
- Only Client: Client won’t send the public key to the server, and signatures will be stripped from messages. Server will relay them unless “enforce-secure-profile” is set to true.
- Only Server: Clients will attach signatures, but the server will strip them before relaying. Chat Reporting won’t work for players.
- Both Client and Server: Signatures will be stripped on the client side before sending messages, and the server won’t verify signatures.
For Developers:
If you develop software preventing chat reports, you can make No Chat Reports recognize servers with your software as safe. Contact via Discord for inquiries.
