Minecraft Mod – Oxidizedsafrodev

Oxidized aims to provide more uses for vanilla copper. Each feature is designed to seamlessly integrate with or stay close to vanilla Minecraft.

About:

Copper Pulsar: An electromagnet-inspired tool that enables players to pick up experience orbs and items from up to ten times the normal range when in the player’s inventory. It can be toggled on and off with a right-click.

Copper Rail: Functions similarly to the Powered Rail but can stay powered for up to 100 blocks when connected in a chain, unlike the Powered Rail’s limit of 8 blocks.

Vertical Cut Copper: A building block resembling a copper block with a line through the middle. Inspired by the original cut copper design, it can oxidize like normal copper, but waxing it with a honeycomb can halt the process.

Copper Kiln: A unique furnace type that can smelt cobblestone, clay, sand, and logs at high speeds to obtain terracotta, bricks, stone, charcoal, and glass for building swiftly. It operates similarly to a smoker and blast furnace.

Copper Lantern: Crafted with eight copper nuggets around a torch, these lanterns emit a green flame and function like normal lanterns.

Rose Gold Tools: A new tool material crafted in a smithing table, offering durability and mining level similar to Iron tools, while being as fast and enchantable as gold tools.

Copper Pan: Allows passive collection of resources like clay and iron nuggets when placed in water on sand or gravel blocks. It sifts and releases items over time, with a loot pool including various items.

Copper Golem: A mob inspired by the Minecraft Mob Vote 2021, created with copper/cut copper blocks, a carved pumpkin, and a lightning rod. It has unique behaviors related to oxidation and lightning rods.

Copper Trap: A block resembling a bear trap crafted with copper ingots and flint, deals damage and restricts movement temporarily. It can be manually toggled or triggered by redstone.

Copper Barometer: A weather prediction tool crafted with copper ingots, redstone, and glass, providing information about upcoming weather patterns.
