This mod aims to enhance the farming experience in Minecraft by introducing different qualities to certain crops and foods. By adding qualities such as Iron, Gold, and Diamond, players can enjoy a multiplier in saturation and nutrition based on the rarity of the food item.
Items with a quality can be identified by a star on their icon, representing the quality level they possess. Currently, crops and food items with quality distinctions include:
– Beetroot, Brown and Red Mushrooms, Kelp, Wheat, Carrots, Potatoes, Melon Slices, Cocoa Beans
– All Raw and Cooked Meats, Raw and Cooked Fishes, Eggs, Bread, Beetroot Soup, Mushroom and Rabbit Stew, Apples, Cookies, Pumpkin Pies, Dried Kelp, Poisonous Potatoes, Baked Potatoes, and Dough
Obtaining these items through normal gameplay provides a chance of acquiring different qualities:
– Iron Quality: 15%
– Gold Quality: 10%
– Diamond Quality: 5%
Players can acquire raw meat by hunting animals or cooked meat by defeating them while on fire. Raw meat can be smelted to obtain the cooked version; crops can be harvested from their respective plants, and eggs can be collected under usual circumstances.
