This mod, Recipe Essentials, is designed to enhance your Minecraft experience by optimizing recipe lookups, reducing lag from autocrafting machines and multiple furnaces, and improving server performance.
In addition to caching recipe lookups and reducing the size of the recipe packet to prevent size issues, Recipe Essentials offers a variety of features to streamline gameplay. Players can choose to disable or show all recipes, speeding up login time, and benefit from better recipe sorting based on craftability and last used. An option to display all recipes from the beginning is also available.
For Recipe Essentials to function properly, it requires the Cupboard dependency to be installed. The mod offers flexible configuration options, allowing users to enable or disable features according to their preferences. It can be installed client-only, server-only, or on both sides, depending on the desired setup.
It’s important to note that Recipe Essentials is not compatible with FastSuite due to overlapping feature sets.
