Minecraft Mod: Roughly Enough Resources

Download the Roughly Enough Resources mod to enhance your Minecraft gaming experience. This mod serves as a replacement for Just Enough Resources and Not Enough Resources, providing valuable insights into the blocks that spawn at different heights in the world.

One key feature of Roughly Enough Resources is its ability to showcase the relationship between blocks and items in the game. While blocks form the foundation of the world, items are essential for crafting and recipes. RER successfully navigates the discrepancies between blocks and items, offering multiple recipes for the same item when necessary. For instance, torches placed on walls versus torches on the floor are considered different blocks but share the same item classification.

Furthermore, the mod presents related items for certain blocks, such as water and lava displaying as their respective buckets, and fire blocks appearing as flint & steel. In cases where block identities are ambiguous, a question mark may be displayed, but hovering over the item reveals its name for clarity.

Roughly Enough Resources operates under the MIT License, ensuring its availability for all players interested in exploring the intricacies of Minecraft’s resource distribution. Utilize this mod as a comprehensive reference tool to delve deeper into the world generation mechanics of the game and enhance your gameplay experience.
